Positive Health and optimising your lifestyle requires a wider understanding of the cause of disease and knowledge of ways to achieve balance and a supportive way of life. A key facet of the Centre is education, helping to change patterns and adjust habits of a lifetime.
Throughout the year we run a series of free talks and fee-based seminars and workshops which provide practical solutions to key health issues. Our current range of programmes covers Hormone health, Bone health, Autism and ASD, Detox, Weight Management and Natural Fertility. We can also run a weekend workshop on hypnobirthing - please let us know if you are interested in this.
