YOGA
Yoga is an ancient exercise system that uses stretching movements to relax the body. Meditation techniques are often applied to enable complete relaxation of both body and mind. Practicing regularly promotes good posture, and a greater sense of well being and is an effective tool in relieving depression, anxiety and backache.
