PREGNANCY YOGA

                 Wednesday 18.00-19.15

Regular 8 week courses

These classes are designed specifically for pregnant women. You do not have to have previous experience of yoga to attend the classes.

Each class incorporates modified yoga postures and stretches, exercises to prepare for birth or to help you to become more comfortable with yourself and your changing body through pregnancy. We do this though gentle stretching, breathing techniques and relaxation. 

The classes will strengthen the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, relieve muscular tensions, and correct postural alignment.     

Suitable from 15 weeks onwards, for the pregnancy classes.

Classes are informative, enjoyable and a great way to meet other mums-to-be.
