Biography

I was first introduced to yoga in October 1997, having for many years been a keen aerobics fanatic. I was looking for that something else to help me relax and help me to take control of my lifestyle; yoga has had a profound affect on my life. I have never looked back, over the last 8 years

I have been teaching for 6 years and had various experience working with mixed ability groups. I have also run many yoga holidays abroad and taught yoga in health clubs in London and Dublin.

My teaching is based on working with people of all ages, to ensure that they learn to work with their bodies for the maximum physical and mental benefits.

I am also qualified to teach pregnancy yoga and baby massage. I really wanted to learn more about how yoga could help during pregnancy and labour. I am committed to informing women and showing them useful techniques and ways of relaxing to help them enjoy this special time in their lives.

I enjoy cycling and walking in the countryside and other outdoor activities. I also love travelling and have spent considerable time in India.
