Massage, Reflexology & Manual Lymphatic Drainage
I am an ITEC trained Massage Therapist and Reflexologist and have been practising these therapies for the past few years. I have also more recently gained a qualification in Hopi Ear Candling at the Holistic Training Centre in Southampton and have carried the treatment out on a lot of people (it's getting very popular).
I was bought up by a mother who very much believed in natural medicine and alternative therapies so had an exposure from an early age. I very much enjoy being able to help with peoples various ailments or conditions with my therapies and also helping them to relax and take time for themselves and help give them some balance in their lives. I find this extremely rewarding.
